As of August 1, 2019, we are changing the parking fee system with regard to improving the availability of parking spaces in the Pardubice Palace garages.
We now offer the possibility to use the parking space for 1 hour completely free of charge. Every additional lesson started will be charged by 30 CZK without the possibility of extension.
You can pay the parking fee at the automatic parking ticket machines. The new machine offers fast payment processing. It also offers the possibility to conveniently pay by credit card. For Cinema City multiplex visitors, the parking price list remains unchanged. At the cinema box office, the helpful staff will immediately extend your free parking by two hours. If the total of three hours of free parking wasn't enough for you, each additional hour starts at only 30 CZK.
How to work with the parking ticket office? It's nothing complicated at all. The new machines that are available to pay for parking have a display that clearly guides you. After presenting your parking ticket, you will be given a choice of several payment methods for parking. Of course, the machine accepts both coins and banknotes, and it is now also equipped with the option to pay by credit card. Here you can either insert and enter the PIN in the classic way, or in the case of a contactless card, just attach the card to the machine. This will take care of your parking.
Thanks to the new camera system, which can recognize the car's license plate number, leaving the parking lot will also be faster. You no longer need to insert the parking ticket into the turnstile, roll down the car window and wait. The automated camera system will let you in if you have paid for your parking or if you have used the option of one free hour.

*Visitors of Cinema City and Sun City have free parking for 3 hours when purchasing tickets or consumption worth more than 100 CZK.
After paying, leave the parking lot within 15 minutes.
*Loss of parking ticket: 500 CZK.
